findata Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of findata, an accounting application operated by Calvert Capital Advisors LLC, doing business as Stamm & Co ("Stamm & Co", "we", "us"), at app.stammco.io. By creating an account or using findata you agree to them.
1. The service
findata imports the financial documents you provide, builds and maintains books from them, and produces reports. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you upload and for reviewing the results. findata is software; it does not by itself constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not create a client relationship with Stamm & Co unless you have separately engaged us.
2. Your account
Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old to use findata.
3. Acceptable use
Use findata only for lawful purposes and only with records you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
4. Text messaging terms (SMS program)
Program name: findata account-security texts, sent by Stamm & Co.
What you receive: a single-use password-reset link when you request one on the sign-in page, a one-time sign-in code when you choose to sign in by text, and a short confirmation when you text a statement file to findata for upload. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.
How you consent: you opt in by entering your mobile number in the optional "Mobile number" field on the findata sign-up form or in Account Settings on your own signed-in account, and ticking the separate, unchecked box agreeing to receive these texts. Consent to receive these texts is specific to this program and is not a condition of using findata.
Message frequency varies with your own activity and is typically 0 to 5 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
To cancel, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also remove your number in Account Settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it. It forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep findata available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms by posting a new version at this address with a new effective date.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
findata is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamm & Co disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
